How We're Different
Unlike other agencies, we are not driven by job boards and databases. They can be a reliable tool, and on occasions, we use them, however, our primary way of recruiting is through referrals and networks we have created over the years in the industry.
Our Interview process is rigorous. We only want the best. This is when we really begin to utilise our experience and expertise to find out what makes our candidates tick and what they want from their career. We explore salary expectations and find out what distances they are willing to travel before examining Right to work in the UK checks, references, DBS checks (if necessary) and psychometric testing (if applicable). All the above is carried out meticulously to ensure we have the right person.
